Included with your monthly membership to Dien’s Martial Arts, we offer Cardio kickboxing classes twice per week. Cardio Kickboxing is a high-energy fitness workout that blends elements of traditional martial arts with fast-paced cardio exercises. Designed for all fitness levels, it focuses on improving overall strength, conditioning, and endurance without the need for physical contact or sparring. Instead, participants perform a series of choreographed punches, kicks, and athletic drills set to motivating music, creating an exciting and dynamic full-body workout.
